Deryl A. Springer
Deryl is married (44 years to Larry Springer, retired Los Angeles County Educational Administrator). She is the mother of three sons, and they have five grandchildren.
Deryl is a licensed minister (2008) with 15 years of teaching experience. Her Doctoral studies are on track to be completed in 2015 at the Azusa Pacific Seminary (APS), formerly Azusa Pacific University-Haggard School of Theology, with a Doctor of Ministry Degree.
Deryl's formal education includes an Associate of Arts Degree (Pasadena City College) in Business Administration; completion of the extensive Bryan College of Court Reporting, Los Angeles, resulting in a California Board Certified Shorthand Reporting License and a 31-year Court Reporting career; completion of the ZOE Christian Fellowship Leadership Training Center; Moody Bible College (Extension) with an Adult Bible Studies Diploma; International Seminary (Los Angeles Extension) with a Diploma in Biblical Studies; a Master of Divinity Degree from APS; and is currently completing her dissertation (Care for the Grieving) also at APS.
Deryl's ministry experience includes, but is not limited to: teaching Youth and Adult Bible Study classes, speaking at women's events, family minister, and is a member of the BEFIC Evangelism Team.
Deryl has a passion for studying the Bible, serving her extended family, and she loves all types of music.
